James & Teressa Woodward have enjoyed a 30 year career in the Wine and Food Hospitality Industry during which James managed Restaurants, Hotels & Nightclubs.
James was also a Wine Educator having taught classes at Universities, Culinary Centers, Restaurants and Hotels. He is now a business owner & freelance writer.
Teressa is a Gourmet Cookbook Author, restaurant review freelance writer and an accomplished chef having worked with many nationwide outstanding in their field.
The Woodward’s reside in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and own time shares at Berkshire by the Sea in Delray Beach, Florida, where they consider it their home away from home. They have been vacationing in Delray Beach, Florida for over 10 years and love the amazing array of world class restaurants in the area. They are personal friends with many restaurant owners and chefs and make every effort to see them along with local entertainment business owners and hotel managers during their quarterly visits.
While visiting Delray Beach over the years, Teressa would scrutinize all of the local publications in search of a new restaurant for them to enjoy. For the best tips, her personal favorite is Atlantic Ave magazine. Realizing that there was no comprehensive guide to all of the restaurants and particularly “Happy Hours,” she embarked upon a very ambitious endeavor to document as many as possible during their stay ultimately creating an invaluable culinary guide to the area locals and tourists.
As a two year in the making ongoing project, the Woodwards have created a comprehensive Happy Hour Restaurant Guide which can be viewed electronically on a personal computer or laptop where pages can be turned by clicking on the arrows. It can also be viewed on a smart phone by scrolling a finger across the screen. They have gone much further by creating the A Taste of Flavor website which features entertainment, accommodations and local stores and services.
